We accept most major insurance PPO plans for Manual, Pilates and GYROTONIC® Based Physical Therapy services. We do NOT accept Medicare, Workers Comp or Personal Injury cases.  Please call for more insurance information.

Introductory Package - for new clients only or patients graduating from physical therapy.

Individualized attention is highly recommended for beginners. Students can establish an understanding and competence in fundamental principles through one-on-one focus and feedback. A minimum of five sessions are needed for you to evaluate the benefits of our classes.

$150 ( $50/session ) Package of 3 private sessions

Private Session - $70 per session $80 per session with Master Trainer

A personal training session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect performance. The instructor can devote undivided attention to your specific needs and develop a customized program that allows you to see and feel optimum results.

$385 ( $77/session ) Package of 5 sessions with Master Trainer

Duet - $45 per session $50 per session with Master Trainer

Duet sessions are for 2 people on multiple pieces of equipment. These sessions allow for plenty of individual assessment, guidance and monitoring.

Trio - $40 per session $45 with Master Trainer

Trio sessions are for a group of 3 people who wish to work together exclusively.  Popular with groups of friends and co-workers!  Your instructor can offer a variety of exercises to keep everyone's interest while continuing to monitor each individual's performance.

Reformer Class $30 per class

A reformer class holds up to 4 clients in a class. Your instructor will be able to offer modifications and variations to accommodate those students at different levels in one small group class.
