How does the Pilates repertoire enhance the upper body's openness, cervical balance, breath and access to our core? This workshop will explore the relationship of the core with the balance of the head and shoulders through understanding healthy movement patterns. Madeline Black will teach simple assessment skills, hands-on tools for precise cuing, release techniques and sequencing of Pilates repertoire on mat and equipment for the upper body.
