At CORE Therapy & Pilates, we offer an innovative, whole body approach to Physical Therapy and Fitness.  Our Manual Physical Therapist is certified in Pilates and GYROTONIC®.  We off the highest quality of instruction to our Physical Therapy patients and our Pilates/GYROTONIC® clients.

We have expanded in our current location and now have 2700+ sf to serve the physical therapy and wellness needs of the community.

CORE is excited to offer a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program.  

Check out the updated Pilates Reformer and GYROKINESIS(R) classes.  We have also started several new GYROTONIC(R) Equipment classes, and are the only studio in Austin to offer these classes.

** NEWS **   CORE has joined forces with a few other small businesses to form an alliance called Forward 512. We will co-host our first client appreciation event on Febuary 23, 2012 at CORE. It will be a Mardi Gras fundraiser for Lifeworks in Austin! Please join us.

On March 7th, 2012,  CORE will host the Central Texas Pilates Alliance meeting from 6:30p to 8p. Stephen & Cheryl will discuss fascial anatomy, assessment and essential exercises.
